Refund policy
A. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us using the following contact details:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us that you are cancelling this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We will make the refund within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Exchanges
You may exchange your order, but the quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for the desired item and return the current order in line with our returns policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the issue.
